Terms of Service

1. The service

PROGY provides prediction-market information, signals, watchlists, AI-assisted explanations and community discussions. PROGY does not execute trades, hold trading funds or operate a betting service. Features, data coverage and availability can change; continuous availability is not guaranteed.

2. Information, not individualized advice

PROGY provides general information and analytical tools, not individualized financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Probabilities, historical movements, signals, AI explanations and community posts do not guarantee future outcomes, predictive accuracy, trading advantages or financial returns.

Independently assess important information and comply with laws applicable to your activities. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords or use another person’s identity.

• No fraud, impersonation, phishing or scams.
• No harassment, threats or unlawful abuse.
• No spam, malicious links, malware or unauthorized access.
• No attempts to bypass security or access restrictions.
• No unauthorized disclosure of personal information, illegal content or unlawful use.
• No deliberately deceptive conduct contrary to the Community Guidelines.

Legitimate disagreement and good-faith predictions are not violations merely because they prove incorrect. Violations may result in content removal, proportionate restrictions or account suspension, subject to applicable law and appropriate procedures, including an opportunity to raise concerns where required.

4. Community content and moderation

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give PROGY a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate and technically process that content as necessary to operate and secure the service. This is not a transfer of ownership or an unrestricted license to train AI models.

Community posts and display names may be visible to visitors without an account. Do not post confidential or sensitive information. Authors can request removal through available controls; authorized administrators have message-removal controls.

An in-app report is not confirmation of review or action. Where submission is unavailable or fails, contact us instead. No review time or moderation outcome is guaranteed.

Recurring community topics may be processed to improve AI guidance as described in the Privacy Policy; this does not make community posts verified advice.

5. AI and third-party market data

AI-generated explanations may contain errors, omissions or incomplete interpretations. Not every output is independently verified or provides complete source attribution. Verify material claims yourself.

Market information is obtained from third-party providers, initially Polymarket’s public market data. It may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable and may be subject to the provider’s terms. A probability is not a promise that an event will occur.

6. Internal credits

Free accounts use internal credits for eligible new, user-requested AI explanations. The implementation includes a welcome grant and periodic grants subject to configured limits. Your balance and credit activity are available in Account. Cached explanations and automatic high-strength signal explanations do not incur a new credit charge. Eligible failed requests have a refund mechanism; if a balance appears incorrect, contact us.

Credits are not money, have no cash-out value and cannot be purchased, withdrawn or transferred through PROGY. Grant amounts, refresh rules and request costs may change prospectively with appropriate notice and subject to applicable law; these terms do not promise a permanent allowance.

7. Planned PRO subscription

PROGY PRO is planned at $14.95/month (USD), billed monthly, with no minimum commitment. The intended cancellation policy is cancel anytime, with access normally continuing until the end of the paid billing period, subject to final terms.

Subscriptions are not currently available for purchase. Checkout, recurring billing and subscription cancellation are not operational. No payment is requested under this planned offer. Before paid subscriptions launch, payment, tax, cancellation, refund and applicable consumer-rights information will be provided. Nothing here waives statutory withdrawal or refund rights.

8. Availability, responsibility and liability

Features may be modified or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We will take reasonable care in providing the service; uncertain data and AI output still require independent assessment.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory consumer protections, or applicable liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health. Any other responsibility is determined under applicable law, rather than an unlimited disclaimer of liability.

9. Leaving the service

You may stop using PROGY and use the account-deletion controls. Deletion requires identity verification and may need a retry if cleanup is interrupted. See the Privacy Policy for the scope and limitations of deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law, proportionate procedures and any required notice.

10. Applicable law and consumer rights

The operator is based in Germany. German law is intended to govern these terms only to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts available under the laws of their habitual residence, including where applicable outside Germany. No exclusive jurisdiction or participation in an alternative dispute-resolution scheme is asserted here.
